Dexter season 6 and 7

still good show, but not near as good as let say season 1-5.
he is getting away with it way to easy now and they skipped the 1 killing per episode.

worst season gotta be season 6

they should end it with season 8

Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963). Not bad, but as many oldies, this one too had stupid ending. Well, the word isn't stupid, but... don't know. Why would they stay at the stupid house the whole time, and then they'll escape? At least, they could've find out what causes those birds to freak like that. Anyway, it wasn't a bad watch.

Frankenweenie (2012) - I enjoyed it. A LOT! What an excellent cartoon!
Taken 2 (2012) - a bit far fetched. Cool action movie, but not as good as first one.
Red lights (2012) - nice one!
The Possession (2012) - so/so. I expected more terror, freaky stuff and chills. I mean it had all the elements for it.

Total Recall (2012) Extended Director's Cut... kinda liked it :lol:

Looper (2012) mixed feelings about this one, but in the end i have to say it disappointed as it had more potential given the topic
but hey it has Bruce Willis, he can do 100 movies like this and still act the same :)

Watched Kick-Ass 2 yesterday, had fun. It's up to the first one, which is good I guess. And Chloe is still so jailbait yummy :drool:

Other than that, been watching more series than movies lately - Breaking Bad (still going awesome, too bad that the end is near), Dexter (turning into a romance, thanks fuck that the end is near) and Under the Dome (which is pointless and so slow paced that I can feel my life ticking away as I watch it, but I still continue to watch it just for the sake of not giving up on King. and also because the moo-THUD-slosh scene :moo: :pik: in the opening keeps cracking me up :lol: ).

Concerning movies in the last few months, I quite enjoyed This Is the End, which was strange because I usually don't like stuff that these guys are filming (expect Eastbound&Down which is fucking brilliant), liked Oblivion and was hugely disappointed by RIPD. When I saw the trailer in the theater, I squeezed a few drops in my pants, but when I finally got to watch it, it turned out to be just a childish MiB rip-off. Too bad.

finally watched The Dark Knight Rises
...this is a Batman movie? Lots of Man and less Bat compared to the first 2 if you ask me. even the action sucked apart from a few good bits.
the story dragged on and on. a 2 hour movie would have been better.
one of the worst bits was the confrontation between the whole police force and the armed to the teeth Bane army...what should have been a massacre became a clash within seconds, with only a few cops shot...pfft whatever. it's not always true that a PG13 movie is toned down compared to an R movie, but in this case it truely is.

A Billion+ gross and an IMDb 8.6 rating... why?
