I get this error everytime I try to encode/rip
if anyone has any suggestions, i'd appreciate it.

Are all the paths that GK use for the programs and plugins correct? I had something simular where the path for the plugin wasn't correct. I corrected it and all was good. |

Check your 'Program Paths'... like Pure said. |

Well, as far as I know all the programs that came with GK i have the path for should i set the paths to all the 8 programs? if so, i guess i'ma have to look online |

Why would you have to look online? Don;t u know where those programs we're installed? Just check them out at the tab Program paths and alter them if needed.

I've run searchs on my computer for the programs and come up with nothing I may have had a faulty install of GK |
