For me this makes it easier. 1. Start the program. At the bottom left press "open" 2. Then find the folder with all the files and double click it. Now yull see a bunch of VTS files and a Video_TS file. Some releases might only have the Video_TS file and 2 VTS files, so dont worry, there doesnt have to be a lot.  3. Double click the first file and yull see all kinds of wierd crap.  4. Now where your working is the BOTTOM half of the program. What your looking for is lines that say "NTSC" or "PAL", ive noticed that these have a picture next to them on the left that looks like a road or a film strip, its not the yellow things you see. Also each 1 of these begins with "Video" Not the audio lines!  Now double click the first 1 you see and a box should pop up, it should be called "video attributes", just change the STANDARD to whatever you want. Click OK and move on to the next line and continue the same thing till youve done them all. Dont worry about the static and resolution area, ive never had to touch this, not sure what effects I could do with either. Yull notice some lines have pan and scan checked, others letterbox, this is already done for you, you will see whats checked also in the line, it will say something like (letterboxed) n when you open up that line yull see it checked.  5. Once done doing that SAVE the file by clicking save which is next to open. It should overwrite the old 1. Also it will ask if you want to overwrite the BUP file, click yes. 6. Click open again and repeat the process till youve done them all. Ive downloaded so many stupid converting packages which have like 500 programs and this is all I needed to do, lol. This only takes like a minute to do, its so freakin easy!! Really hope this helps a lot of people who cant download PALs like me. Also hopin it helps people who cant download NTSC. Now you can so ENJOY!!!!! All thanks go out to my man harts for showing me this n Thanx_4_Shr'n for the screens. |

and here's a lil something of me 
of course this baby starts a service called aawservice.exe that you don't need (unless you want to use ad-watch, which I doubt) & it eats 35 meg ram so here's what you do to get rid of it: download process.exe here (scroll down). This is a freeware Command Line Process Viewer/Killer/Suspender for Windows NT/2000/XP. Copy the prog to a dir, for example: "C:\Temp\StopProcess\", then you make a batch file with the following command lines: echo off CD c:\Temp\StopProcess\ cls process -q aawservice.exe pause those of you who don't know how to make a batch file, open a new textdoc with notepad, copy/paste the above stuff in notepad, & save as New Text Document.bat (you HAVE to name it .bat, or it won't work) next, you doubleclick the bat file, wait till it says its done (60 secs) & voila, service disabled permanently & 35 meg ram gained 
enjoy ps: do not delete the bat file afterwards, or the service will start again |

It's very good for a quick test to see the specs, but it is very bad reporting the correct video bitrate of MKV/H264 files.
