Post Interesting router revelation
Lol just found out something interesting.

At my home this shit called IPTV is installed, some kind of crappy internet tv that actually poops itself through the router.

Today I went to the router status window and I saw nice results:

Downstream rate: 5504 kbps
Upstream rate: 768 kbps

Now before I had some kinda bug I guess, where almost all of this speed oozed onto my internet connection, so I had a nice upload speed. I guess not anymore though

Anyone with an idea how to again transfer this shit for my internet speed?

:poop:

Umn, don't know the router. But isn't there an option to reserver bandwidth for tv?
That way when you're watching tv it doesn't stutter cause of downloads?

Might be an option turning that off or down. (if it exists)

That's wireless right? Hmm yeah I need it cause 2 other computers connect with it. It worked with Wlan before though... Could try disbling it, but then someone in the family would be pissed

BTW just remembered, when the guys were installing this shit-tv, then I also got this router (had an older one before) and the fella connected his laptop to it and installed some shit...

So they probably put some limiting? Maybe some sorta modified firmware or somethin...

You sure that noone else is downloading a lot?

Cause if you have that speed, the only way that it can be limited is by someone else using it as well. Or a limiter, maby in the router itself or on you own computer.
You don't have netlimiter installed?

No off course not. Didn't install anything like that in the past few months (or ever as a matter of fact)..

Hmmm. I figured the speed was used by this internet-tv. So I guessed that there's some sort of limiting installed in the router so it doesn't go on the net speed.

Damn now Im all wired about this, but gotta go meet my girlfriend.

I hope I can fuck the company in the ass and gain that speed again :D

:cracked:

They sure fucked around with this shitty router.

I was fucking around, and I entered a wrong username or something and now the router says Im disconnected

But I am on the fuckin internet  This probably means that I can connect without a proper username to the usual internet, but I guess the internet tv can't or something

This is cracking me up :cum:
