Im having problems with giving friend slots. Anyway when I give a friend slot, and the files start uploading to them, my downloads suddenly drop to 0 kb/s?!?! When I remove the slot, down speed becomes normal again.
Anyone ?

If its the newest MorphXT, it has been doing weird shit. Mine has been ignoring my speed settings, it goes full blast for each slot, instead of limited the slot-speed. It has also been ignoring friendslots, i.e. I click to give a friendslot but it never opens up.

Got to reinstall Windows anyway, but first need to wait for the Windows XP Borg edition to be downloaded... Morph is working fine for me... only problem being the friend slots, though I haven't tried them after I reinstalled Windows... I'll give them a shot now. Oh and keep us informed on Xtreme.. I heard it was popular

yeah MorphTX fucks up the friendslots.... i would advice you to stop using it, and just go for the xtreme instead at least it dont fuck up the friendslots and it works good. i have tested it for 2 days now without problems... |

Yeah I just tried friendslot again in Morph and it still fucks my download speed... I would test Xtreme now, but got to go soon and will get very wasted so I want my downloads running untill tomorrow 
Will try it out tomorrow then 
I actually did test it somewhat before I reinstalled windows but everything was shitty anyway back then.

Ii installed and am using Xtreme but the uploading sucks heavy balls... Do I have to configue something for the powershared files to start uploadiang? I see users waiting in the que for them but they won't start upping
Perhaps it just needs time and Im a hasty bitch Btw the friendslot works for now, I got grInd
edit: the powershared files finally started upping but it took quite a while

MorphXT 8.9 works great for me! 8.10 blows, its really fucked, I think it has something to do with the main developer leaving. I've tried SivkaMod, which wasn't good for uploading, but DLing was awesome. Neomule was the worst I've tried recently. |

I think it had something to do with French laws/government issues. Still works well with me but i ain't updating yet..

Yep thats it. Its green when a connection has recently been made. I think queue slots too. PM me any time for a slot, that goes for any on this board. What I like about 8.9 is all the extended features I can't live without, and the new slot limiter works good for when you aren't releasing. Plus it balances your ratio well, allowing releasing while still downloading at very fast/aggressive pace. |

What shit? I've used morph for a while now. make sure all the default settings in 'morph share' are right. If USS or SUC is one, make sure the slider is up (not at 1) or your ups will go nowhere. |

Ok here goes: Starting at top SCC and SAC are all checked with A4AF on Balance. Global HardLimit is OFF. Saving sources is ON as is ICS. Dynamic UL is OFF (disabled). Security is ON. The Powershare, friends and clients settings are for speed control. The defaults should be 0 (unlimited) for everything, the first in each is a percentage of total UL speed, the second is hard limit, and third is slot limit. I can do about 140kB/s up, so my slot rates are pretty high, at 50 FS/40 PS/20 CL. My Slot limiter is OFF. Infinite Queue is OFF. Don't remove is checked. the next 3 aren't checked, the last 3 after community tags are all checked. Also check on your connection settings, fuck the wizard. Bump up sources per file and max connections and capacities. |

I've been reading on the net somewhere that when upping through friend slots, it doesn't count as regular upload speed so I presume when a friend slot takes my whole upload speed - it's like I have no upload speed at all. Possibly the reason why all the downloads suddenly go off
I don't know, for now I'll stick with just powersharing again

At the same tab you can find you're share ratio. And yes i also think it somehow doesn't add the uploads made to friends to the total share ratio. But i can be wrong about that i ain't a goddamn expert.

Well Im back to Xtreme, downloading files great and the friend slot works, although the speed is around 3kb/s.... I miss some Morph features but oh well
