i am always amazed at those high numbers when i check it in my server tab in eMule
I never have a Low ID! and if i do it's a fluke

They must be new or like you said, some router/modem settings wrong

cheap routers don't like KAD packets so lowid will happen, also fakes servers fake ID status.

About 50, 60% of the users that i'm downloading have Low ID and Kad-Firewalled...
