Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2014) :non:

The wife being a huge part of the story made this movie worse and weaker
why on earth did they feel the need to add a third wheel?

Watched Altered Stated (1980, obviously) and Over The Edge (1979) for the first time yesterday evening. I must say I was really impressed with both movies :D

I saw It follows in the movie theater a couple of weeks ago. Cool movie indeed. I love the atmosphere and the soundtrack. Also, there are many movie references to horror classics in that movie that are fun to uncover. It's definitely easy to see where the inspiration came from ;)

Last weekend I finished Sense8, it was quite an experience. Great stuff by the Wachowskis again. I gulped down the whole season in 20-something hours
Also, I'm following The Whispers, also great - only two episodes are out and it still might turn to crap, but so far it's awesome.
And yeah, this crapper - Stitchers. Honestly, it's utter crap, but the lead chick makes my dick remember the younger days of glory :ere: :ere: :ere: :cum: :cum: :cum:

So yeah, mostly series for me lately, I can barely stay awake through the whole movie nowadays

BTW, did anyone see this? P'tit Quinquin? Looks awesome, I need to search the internets when I come home today

I'm the complete opposite of you. I can't keep up with series. It takes to long for me to get to the conclusion of the story. Most series start out really interesting but later on they tend to drag on and on. Most series should end with the first or second season. I get the feeling that most creators and writers start losing interest in their project after the first two seasons or so. After the inspiration is gone they start treating the series like a cashcow and they milk the shit out of it. The story is getting nonsensical, the script starts to get ridiculous and problems arise with connecting loose ends.

I rather stick with movies. They're short and sweet. I'm still looking forward to the new X-Files and Twin Peaks seasons though. Mainly because of nostalgia and me being a David Lynch fan.

Anyways... Watched Sex And Fury (1973) and Roadhouse (1989) last night.

Sex and Fury is a good pinku movie. I really like the fight scenes in this movie. There's something artistic about them and they did remind me of Lady Snowblood (classic!!!) and Kill Bill. Many tits and ass in this movie. I could live without some of the sex scenes, because some tend to drag on. I'd rather had them replaced with more awesome fight scenes. Still a cool little film for the people who are interested.

I guess everybody here is familiar with Roadhouse. If not, go and watch it immediately! One of the most enjoyable turds ever made. Swayze is in it, enuff said! :pooper:

That is true. But then again, the series now are better than ever, and there are some really great ones - just enough to have a short but sweet "to watch" list

Mission impossible. Shit...We started with last one and advanced to the first ones. I couldn't :D
It really is a no brainer movie. Watch and don't ask.

Watched all Hunger game movies also. Total waste of time.
