Matthew Allan McNelly, 23, and Joey Lee Miller, 20, are not the brightest of sparks. They were arrested and charged with second-degree attempted burglary after someone spotted them trying to break into an apartment in Carrol, Iowa and called the cops. The bungling burglars fled the scene but were pulled over by the police a short distance away. Oh, if you?re wondering about the black stuff on their faces? That was their disguise. They apparently thought no-one would recognise them if they scrawled all over their faces with a Permanent Black Marker Pen.
