Woman Drugs Husband, Cuts Off Penis, Say Police The man's wife, Catherine Becker, reportedly put a foreign substance in his food in an attempt to drug or poison him. When the man fell asleep, Becker cut off his penis with a knife, tossed it into a garbage disposal and turned it on, according to authorities.
