I finally had some time today to check out my Blu Ray drive but it just crashes my windows or it wont even boot up.
If I insert the drive in my other computer running windows Vista it works fine.

Back the Windows XP machine it wont
my BIOS detects it fine. I can also boot from it using a Windows XP installation disc.
But once I see the windows logo during bootup it stops my computer.
Sometimes it continues but when I check my drives in explorer it locks up explorer and later the entire system.

My motherboard is an ASUS M2N-VM DVI and upgrade the bios from 0113 (it didn't work in there) to the latest (it still doesn't work)

I was wondering if I could update my SATA drivers. If so, where do I do that?
and what's the difference between nvidia graphics drivers and nforce drivers.

And why is my anus so wide open

I spend whole night figuring shit out.

On my old K8N-E deluxe with Windows XP SP2 the drive was good. Both Safe Mode and Normal mode
On my M2N-VM DVI it only works in Safe Mode but not in Normal Mode.

How weird crap is that.

I tried installing Vista and it didn't work... same lockup
So it's not Windows related but Motherboard/Drive related.

I'm gonna do another bios update. Last one I did was 0312 (beta from 4 january)
This one is 0315 from 11 january

Well after butchering my motherboard (slow downs, network problems, sound problems, etc) I decided to get me another mobo
So basicly I fucked Assus in the ass and Assus fucked me back since I spend money on Assus AGAIN

First, when installing Vista, I had major slowdowns with the screens, but now everything works fine

Network is good
Blu Ray is good

Blade Runner Final Cut is 22GB

Gonna see if I still have slowdowns up my anus when watching movies or playing games.

All is good.

Now to increase my Blu Ray collection a bit...
I already found a way to rip them fuckers. OR at least decrypt and copy them.

Ripping them is new to me.
