 All our movies look like crap So weird. I've no idea what I changed, but I've uninstalled all my codecs and reinstalled them again but the problem stays.
All my movies look totally crap. It's like dithered in 16bit, lotsa blocks and grids through the screen. Kinda like the good ol' Divx 3 Low Motion files from 7 years ago.
Could it be my videocard driver? I updated these last weekend.

I was just checking Rambo 2... really awful . too bad I can't show any screenshots since the avi file is fine
The part where he takes off with the plane and you see some plane exterior shots is a blockfest beyond your imagination.
My Haali renderer really doesn't look like the one posted below. Nor does my ffdshow
I just want to play the files as I see them in Virtualdub
I dont need no filters and crap. Just clean stuff
Maybe I just uninstall all my crap.

Well this sure was fun.
I found out the problem.
It was the nvidia drivers 169.21.
I uninstalled the 169.21 drivers, everything was slow, but the image was good.
AVOID them if you haven't installed them. Go for the beta 169.28 drivers.
Anus Penis, now I only have to fix my Blu Ray drive and I'm home free for some pasta up my butt.
