Alright, I got ASCII Art Studio, had no problem making a pic for the nfo. I got Cool Beans NFO Creator, and figured out how to paste the artwork into the template.

I'm starting to figure out how to adjust the fields to my liking, but is there a way to get the text centered? It's all on the left side of the page. If I set the field placement for the center, then it starts the text where I set the field.

Is there a way to set it so that it centers the field itself?

Not that I know off, but there's so many programs for nfo creating that maybe one of them does have that option.
