or Ulead Morph Studio

Not sure if they are free though, but emule is your friend

You put the source picture left, target right.

You start with placing dots on the left picture and make sure those dots are on a similar spot on the right side

Start with the eyes, then the nose, then the mouth and then the lines of the face (chin, cheeks, ears and hair)

Should be easy

If not, send the pictures to me and I'll do it
