I've had that happen a few times. One time it just wouldn't complete fully, and I had to re-download. But a few other times what I did was rename the corresponding part file to avi, then removed it from emule share directory (so when i reload shared files, it ain't there no more ) and then I readded the file to download (from the link) and used MorphXT's "import parts to file" and it added all of it to 100% and worked and kept the hash. You could try it if that made any sense.

I had that problem once.
I've closed the program, and when I started it again, it made the hash check just fine.

Could it be that there is not enough free space on the disc with your incoming files?
