2 Blu Ray questions
1) When I go to hardware and check my blu ray drive it says I can change region 3 more times. In PowerDVD I've a trick I can reset it. What happens if in Windows it's set to 0, can PowerDVD still reset and keep it at 5?
2) Well I've a Pioneer BDC-202 Blu Ray drive and all of a sudden PowerDVD wont load discs anymore. I've reinstalled PowerDVD, I've uninstalled the driver. Nothing works. PowerDVD says I cannot change region anymore, even though windows says I've 4 left.
If I put the drive in another computer everything is fine.
If I put another drive in the movie computer I've the same problem with PowerDVD.
2b) Is there an alternative program to play Blu Ray movies. Maybe AnyDVD (never had luck with that one)

Re: 2 Blu Ray questions
I spend over 3 hours fixing the problem. Well trying to fix it
It seems PowerDVD9 has reached the level of total corruption. I can't reinstall and I can't remove it anymore. I'm gonna try another player to see if it solves the problem.

Re: 2 Blu Ray questions
Software has its own region code. with PowerDVD you can erase the file before you start the program. That way you always have remaining switches. In Windows you can switch too, I've no idea how to reset that one. So I never do Thanks for the link
