Yup, you earn credits by uploading. Those credits are individually stored on each others computer. So there not global credits AFAIK ;)

What program are you running? All mods that i've used you just press the KAD button at the top left of the screen and next click at that section on the button at the right side that says connect

FUCK!!! i switched my internet provider and i got a new router...and i should forward it, but its not listed on portforward.com and i downloaded their software and still nothing. Kad is not connected and there are only yellow and red arrow on the little globe thingy, and download is so fucking slow and upload too.

i'm using emule to download twilight (only because i have rifftrax!)
it's the 2.something gig file

and its been stuck at 97.5-98%
it'll go from 98% compete, to 97.5 then back again


whats going on!!!
i want it finished by tomoarrow
but each time it looks good to go! it drops again :cry:

Yeah, I've installed aMule onto my Mac, just need to configure it correctly. Now, with eMule, I'm finding the downloads are in "waiting" for quite awhile...is this normal? And what is this I've been reading about "credits"? I :drool: for knowledge.

You build up 'credits' for everything you upload, those records are not stored on your computer but on the other users computer. The higher count you have the faster you will climb in their queue. This doesn't mean it can't take a while to complete ;) Best way to build up credits is grabbing a multiple amount of movies you wanna grab from eMule and keep it running constantly for as long as possible, in other words don't turn of your computer and eMule client :lol: And with amount I mean >20 :good: :cheer: :yah:

Vlad, as telmo mentioned, if you're behind a router, remember to forward the ports and you'll have no further problem. Both arrows in the lower right corner must be green :orcass:
