The first one is "I didn't find you, where are you Nicole" (Non ti ha trovato) The second one is "I'm on my way. Please wait, the door is open." (Note written by the shopowner - or the person who is in control over that building at least) I'm no native, but I have a thing for languages.

It is everyday language, it means literally "one is coming", as in "a person is coming". But this 3rd person form can be used for any other verb, be it 1st, 2nd or 3rd person. |

That's way too long translation, for those two sentences, dude. Are you sure, you're not making a mistake?  Edit: Pure, you can delete mine post too. Without the botpost, it seems I'm just being mean to the people who actually helped with the translation.
