Post Gspot exporting specs guide.
Okay this should be easy :!

First download Gspot here ---> http://www.headbands.com/gspot/

Once you install it, open it's folder where you will find the file ExportFormat.txt

Replace everything in it with

Code:
--- File Information ---\r\n
File Name: %FILE_NAME%\r\n
File Size: %FILE_SIZE% bytes\r\n\r\n
--- Video Information ---\r\n
Video Codec Name: %VIDEO_CODEC_NAME%\r\n
Duration: %VIDEO_DURATION%\r\n
Video Bitrate: %VIDEO_BITRATE%kb/s\r\n
Bits / Pixel: %VIDEO_QF%\r\n
Resolution: %VIDEO_SIZE_X%x%VIDEO_SIZE_Y%\r\n
Aspect Ratio: %VIDEO_DAR%\r\n
Frames Per Second: %VIDEO_FRAMES_PER_SEC%\r\n\r\n
--- Advanced ---\r\n
B-VOP: %VIDEO_MPEG4_BVOP%\r\n
N-VOP: %VIDEO_MPEG4_NVOP%\r\n
QPel: %VIDEO_MPEG4_QPEL%\r\n
GMC: %VIDEO_MPEG4_GMC% \r\n\r\n
--- Audio Information ---\r\n
No of Audio Streams: %CONT_AUDIO_STREAM_COUNT%\r\n
Audio Codec: %AUDIO_CODEC%\r\n
Audio Bitrate: %AUDIO_BITRATE%kb/s %AUDIO_BITRATE_TYPE% %AUDIO_SAMPLE_RATE% Hz\r\n
Audio Channel Count: %AUDIO_CHANNEL_COUNT%\r\n
Interleave: %CONT_INTERLEAVE_TIME%ms\r\n
Preload: %CONT_INTERLEAVE_PRELOAD%ms\r\n
Audio alignment: %CONT_INTERLEAVE_ALIGN%\r

Once you load the desired video file in Gspot, the .txt file with the specs will save itself in the My Documents by default. Then you can simply copy/paste them..

That should be it :cum:

You have forgotten to mention that in G-spot u should go to the options tab and check Enable exporting. Next check Custom, using the format file below. This is were u should put the above text file.
That should do the trick!

I need a bit of help here
theres a few Movies on here I want to verify... But I can't seem to find the .txt file thats created when I load a movie with GSpot v2.52.
Could you maybe tell me the name of the file so I can run a search for it on my computer.
I've checked everywhere and under every option, i'm completely lost. I don't see anything that enables me to view the statistics as a .txt file.
thanks

there you will also find where you can change the path of savin .txt files. oh, and they keep the file name of the movie, same name, use search!

Here's a version that present the data in a nice table format:

Code:
<table border="5"><tr><td><b>File Name:</b></td><td><font color="red">%FILE_NAME%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>File Size (in bytes):</b></td><td><font color="red">%FILE_SIZE%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Duration:</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_DURATION%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Subtype:</b></td><td><font color="red">%CONT_SUBTYPE%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Video Codec Name:</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_CODEC_NAME%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Width x Height (pixels):</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_SIZE_X% x %VIDEO_SIZE_Y% =[%VIDEO_DAR%:1]</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Video Bitrate:</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_BITRATE%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Bits/Pixel:</b></td> <td><font color="red">%VIDEO_QF%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Frames Per Second:</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_FRAMES_PER_SEC% fps</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Compatibility:</b></td><td><font color="red">%VIDEO_MPEG4_BVOP% , %VIDEO_MPEG4_QPEL% , %VIDEO_MPEG4_GMC%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Audio Codec:</b></td><td><font color="red">%AUDIO_CODEC%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Audio Bitrate:</b></td><td><font color="red">%AUDIO_BITRATE%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Audio Channels:</b></td><td><font color="red">%AUDIO_CHANNEL_COUNT%</font></td></tr>
<tr><td><b>Interleave/Preload (ms):</b></td><td><font color="red">%CONT_INTERLEAVE_TIME%/%CONT_INTERLEAVE_PRELOAD%</font></td></tr>
</table>

No, I mean when you preview the HTML the table is OK (except it's still got the mysterious space), but when you submit, it just shows the code.

Spud has fixed the Mysterious space thing at DD though. :D

Good thinking Pure, maybe Vis you registered before I enabled HTML, so you have to do it in your profile as Pure said.
