For XviD, DivX, X264, .mkv and all kinds of crap 
What do you thing is the best choice ??

I dunno about that, but BullshitPlayer sucks balls as I remember it...
Anyways with CCCP you also get MediaPlayerClassic and ZoomPlayer which are both great.
I ALWAYS use MPC, it's just up my anus

I always use AC3filter, but I think you can choose which one you use even after you have installed.

I use FFDSHOW... I think CCCP makes MediaPlayerClassic use something by default though.
To use FFDSHOW for AC3 and if you use MPC for playing, go to OPTIONS->internal filters -> and deselect AC3 if it's selected
