Work related challenge
Well for a while now we have Windows XP and some fool decided we couldn't have our own wallpapers.
the setting for disabling active desktop is gone as is setting a wallpaper.
With some programs you can set a wallpaper, but the active directory puts another one on top of it.
During startup you can see your own wallpaper and once windows is done loading it's underneath the active desktop.
I found some registry alterations but I can't do those since I'm not an administrator on my computer. I can only view the registry.
Is there a tweak that overrides the policy settings and administrator settings?
