I noticed that some of my images on ImageShack are gone, mostly screens for this and other forums, thus effecting those posts. Mostly the missing ones are from six months ago, but there are also two from the last couple of weeks. Does ImageShack have any time or other limits, or does it just suck balls? Just curious. :euuuh:

Well I guess they delete their shit from time to time. Being the most popular image host.

Pure suggested a nice alternative, who know how long it can last though.

I see, that's what I was afraid of. So do you think it worth re-uploading the deleted images, for the sake of the forums, or just let 'em hang? Most posts retain a few still.

Cletus the thing with imageshack is that you should register, then they won't disappear. They have been hosting my screens for YEARS!

I am a registered user. Funny thing is, some images seem to come and go. Now a few of the recent ones that went missing are back, but some of the older ones are still gone. Maybe server issues, or some other wacky shit happening (like losing what's left of my mind!). Anyway, it's no biggy, nothing lasts forever, I was just wondering.

Another reason not to use imageshack is that there are a couple of p2p sites that don't want images hosted by IS. For example SC, I mainpage a lot of stuff over there but can't be arsed to reupload covers etc to another host.
