 forgot how to show uploads on the mule I changed some settings & forgot how to show my uploads on the mule's main window (ya know in the lower half of the screen)
I'm just seeing my downloads atm

On the bottom left you see a green arrow with downloading next to it
Click on the green arrow and it becomes red and you see what you are uploading
if you keep on clicking you see the known clients, the queue.

You mean how far your download is from completing? In the main transfer window of eMule you can see how much is Transferred and completed from the file your downloading. There's also a setting (or at least in Morph XT) where you can choose to show the percentage of the file that you already have completed. For infor about how much you've uploaded/downloaded/and how many requests you've had you can check out in the shared files tab.
