I got the same movie in my queue twice (different hash, for the rest the file is the same), both are long dead & incomplete, but...
together they have all the parts to make 1 complete movie, is it possible to merge the 2 files or something?

or do I have to go through the vdubmod cut/paste thing like 10 times?

Well if videobitrate and audiobitrate AND the videoresolution is the same you can do it with virtualdub

Did you try to "Import Parts" using the ###.part.met file? Copy one of the part.met's to a new directory (back up the other too) and rename the copied one to the file name (.avi) and try to import the parts to other download. Might work.

Yeah right-click on a file in your transfers window, look for Import parts option. It will ask you to select a file. I have used it a few times to fix hash changing files, usually music RARs, but I have done a movie/video this way before. I use the MorphXT v10.1 client BTW, but I think thats a standard eMule function.

isn't a standard emule option & I use the original client
so if I install MorphXT & put all the part.met files in my temp dir, I should be able to load & merge em (or at least I think it will, sounds logical enough)

To install morphxt and get your downloads from the old client.... Once MorphXT installed, Point all the directories to ones you have been using (with the old client), then if they don't auto load that way, click in MorphXT on "tools' and "import downloads' and then 'Add Imports" it should load all of them as they are standard client temp files. NOTE: this may take awhile and you might end up with two temp copies, or not.
