I was wondering if I can make a folder like a regular folder and let it link to a network for instance.
Or make it the way My Documents works

No, I know how that works.

I mean a specific folder that when you click the properties of that folder it's not referring to C:\blabla\blabla but \\network\pure

and not a shortcut, it HAS to be a folder.

And don't know off any program that is capable of that.

On our network I've seen these folders. They look like regular folders on the desktop, but have the functionality of i.e. My Documents.

I will check it out tomorrow if they let me in that room
