I?m sorry to be off duty here, (lousy posts, and lousy participation ) but i?m having some health issues that i must take care of.

In the next 6/7 months i?m off ( almost off, decreasing about 80% ) of p2p, forums and everything that regards internet. I?m overweight and i must do some heavy changes in my life, and breaking all the routines that i?m used to ....

Hope you don?t get mad at me, and if everything works like i?m supposing to, i?ll be back in November, maybe December.

Besides that, you must know, that i love this forum and i?m VERY proud to be a shitlover. This community is fucking amazing, and i made SBiG my n?1 forum.

But I do sin and add bananas in my shakes.

Mostly do 30m training in the morning and 60m in the evening, after that a light meal and a shake before going to sleep. And during the day lots of small things, like fruit and stuff. Spreading your food in small parts and eat those during the day is half the work.
Lost 27k in half a year. First 10 is easy, the 2nd 10 is getting hard and after that it's just killing. Still need to loose about 10. But will have to see where it ends, cause I'm also building a shitload of muscles.

I can?t go to gym beacause i?m still fat ( i have a cardio bike here at my place ).... i think that in 2/3 months i?ll lose those 10k and then is gym all the way up. In December, i think, i?m good as new... till then, i must suffer like a virgin been raped by 3 thirsty

I'm not into gyms either, using a crosstrainer at home.
Much easier than going to a gym. Also occasional working till 23:00 means I can't use gyms on those days.
