Ok, I know I am digging my grave here but:

I think I watched the movie like 11 times. Don't laugh, it is a great movie to watch when you need to concentrate on something else. Nothing to thing about, no plot, no acting, maybe some CG and the music is not bad...

I also have the 4 books as audio books (got them after the movie), thinking, ok, it CAN'T be so bad when everyone is speaking about it. No, it is WORSE. Am in the middle of forth book and just can't force myself to listen to the end. A 13 year old can write better fanfiction. There were like 3 good scenes in the whole 4 books.

Also, did the mistake of listening to the movie with the director's commentary. Director and the two lead actors. OMFG! The girl at least tries, but the guy is totally emptyheaded, selfish and stupid. I wanted to cry for the 2 hours of my life that run away.

Another one of my vampiric obsessions that dissapointed me.

Suggestion: Let's mutilate the main lead actor.

Butt let's face it. Chicks like it, because there is that "story" from highschool and first love. Throw in a lonely, broken and oooooold vampire, who is the eternal teenager and you've got the recipe for chickflick.

I feel like throwing up whenever I remember the movie, but still, it is better then the sitcom I am currently working on. From that one I am really throwing up, whenever the main hero appears without some garment. (and he is very often in bath or sleeping with some supermodel)

So there are still worse things then Twilight and Bad moon or if they will actually make all 4 books in the movies.

They have even thrown out the director who actually made the whole Twilight movie project. I wonder how the second one will be.

Good news for those who will have the guts to watch it - if they will keep to the book - there are almost no vampires except for the early beginning and the late end.

Oh, and one other detail... the books are FULL of the superlatives sang on the main "hero" vampire. How perfect and so on he is. He is a dick at best from my point of view. So the movie is quite decent in that area.
