Re: What are you eating?
well as gnollie mention beans, I just made them this week and, for me, nothing is easy as beans, because: first I cook the beans I left the evening before in the water, on the left of them is smoked dried meat that I cook to get the bitter off, and in the upper pot is just some leftovers from bacon and ham (fat, skin and bones...as I said, they don't go into any hotdogs, I use it all) that I mix with onions, garlic and... ...some herbs and vegetables to get the right water later to put everything all together. After some hour of cooking I put the beans into water that I cleansed from bacon and ham leftovers, vegetables and shit and put the cooked smoked meat in and I put in some mashed tomatoes stuff that I still have from my last years beef heart season, and I heat up some fat to cook with some 4-5 rinsed onions (in the back of the picture) When that is done, some 45 minutes of steering later, I again heat up some fat and put flour and grinned paprika in to make zapr?ka. When it gets brown I pour it into beans for some 20 minutes of cooking with lovor and sausages. And voila. There you have it. 2 1/2 days stock

I just put beans, smoked meat, garlic and parsley in a pot and cook it for an hour or two, than add some ajvar (unless I use white beans) and pasta/potatoes/barley to thicken things up. Comes out perfect every time. That is easy

You can only imagine my dessert carrot balls then

Ah, so you meant to say that they are not easy by saying that they are easy? Toni_B wrote: You can only imagine my desert carrot balls then I can, but I really don't want to

Re: What are you eating?
A cooking pot smeared with butter, than largely chopped veggies, and some pork meat, homemade canned sweet paprika, add some garlic. and then I repeated the steps Veggies and mushrooms. I would've add another layer (as I loooooove mushrooms so much), but these were all I had. Forgot to buy yesterday... Some spring onions (don't know the english word for that, and this is what the dictionary told me, but I think everybody got the idea), and some chopped parsley. More meat, of, course. Veggies and some dried savory. I wish I had some olives too. The rest of the canned sweet paprika. A layer of Bulgarian white cheese, and finally homemade smoked pork bacon. I think this is the best ingredient. Oh, and and jar of canned tomatoes (homemade again), a little bit of beer, and slat and pepper in almost every layer. I put it in the oven for slow cooking for about 2-2:30 hours (maybe 3), until the meat is tender as butter. Gonna post the last pic later. Few hours later: Enjoy!

Re: What are you eating?
Come to think of it, we use several names: Fresh onions, Green onions, sometimes spring onions... whaevah. I'm glad everyone got the idea. As, I'm sure, the pic made it really hard, for someone to understand it.

Goes great with lamb (the body of Jesus "the savior" Christ, of course)
