I've been on my island 5 days, and of those 5 days I cooked only one meal inside the house, all the rest I cooked on open fire I cooked some smoked bacalao with potatoes and tomato puree in a kettle (sorry, no better pics ), Then some lamb ispod peke: Lamb, onions, carrots and garlic, smothered with olive oil: Than some potatoes: And after few hours under there... ...I got this Than some usual barbecued meat: And some tuna steaks: |

I bought them directly from a fisherman who had a whole huge freshly caught tuna on his stand and he was cutting up the steaks as people purchased them The price was cca 7 EUR for 1 kg Reaaaaly cheap, if you ask me, too bad I was an idiot and didn't buy some more to put in my freezer for later... |

ManWhoFuckedaGoat wrote: Those tuna steaks looks sooooooooooooooo tasty! What spices did you use? Salt They were so fresh that I didn't want to destroy the original tuna taste. While they were grilling I also basted them with fresh rosemary branch dipped in olive oil with chopped parsley and garlic (the usual combo here for grilling any fish) |

Yup it's! Dont forget to use some nice butter (maybe homemade) and choose similar cheese with mozzarella or maybe different alternative from your country. |
