Again, my belly start growling, after I saw your post. Few days ago, I wanted to make pasta for myself, maybe I'll use chicken breast instead of smoked meat. Just put a little olive oil in the pan, put in the octopus, put a lid on it and cook it, and the octopus will release a lot of water/juice. Not only it will be more tender, but also that liquid is quite tasty and you can use it to make soup or as a stock for risotto |
