need movie maker software, help.......

 need movie maker software, help....... can someone point me in the direction of a free light, good and easy to use movie maker software..
what i need is this
1. it run on xp sp1(no need sp2 or vista/win7 crap!)
2. can add jpg picture
3. add wav music file
4. save both as a movie
5. dont need a 1gb or 700mb big sized software, prefer 7-12mb...
