I pickled my third small glass jar of jalapeno and first big glass jar of jolokia, fucker is hot And so is jalapeno if you let it go all the way to red.
And about Trinidat...shouldn't it be red or brown?

Tomorrow I'm gonna pickle few, and the rest is going to ajvar and plum marmalade (yes, I'll cook some ajvar tomorrow...yes, it is with egg plant) and I'm thinking about some pin?ur also...tomatoes instead of egg plant.

I can say that the Jolokia, and the Trinidat Scorpion are EXTREMELY hot! We were ~ ten people, and we couldn't eat two of them! The burn when you eat them is quite bearable, but once in your mouth it stays there for about 30-40 minutes. And that is something not everyone can bear. And here are some pics of the camping.

After I pickle these ones, all that will grow after will go to dry on sun...but pickled are hot fuckers. They really are great!

Put them out man, the plant needs to be strong. I "killed" my tomatoes plants today, they are dead, no new fruit. But I did get 15+ jars of tomato juice (cooked from my tomatoes for over 3 hours). Man, this winter I am good for beans, wild stew and normal stew. In spring....I'm back on 115 kilos

Actually it's not a lake. Just someone dug a hole (at least, that's what I think) in a small river and made a dam with rocks. It's pretty awesome. We have an artificial lake (don't like that word. In Bulgarian it's just iazovir), though. It's pretty huge.

Not normal at all, I'm afraid. When you start cutting this one, the whole room immediately starts to smell like fruit... Very natural and fresh smell and taste, can't compare it with any medicine I've ever tasted... But, on the other hand, I don't know what kind of medicines you Bulgarians get, maybe you have medicines that taste like habanero, you lucky bastards

Yesterday white and I made hot sauce. It turned out pretty damn good.

It was basically different kinds of hot peppers and tomatoes, and little bit of olives (1,300 kilos, actually), onions, garlic and some parsley, and some honey. And combine that with BBQ and beer.

Here are some of the pics:



Grind these goodies, and add the tasty diarrhea to the cooking mix.


Then blend the hole shit.
